摘要
研究了红柱石加入量对焦宝石基浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,试样的体积密度随红柱石加入量的增加而增大;经过1 500℃热处理后,试样的膨胀率随红柱石加入量的增加而增大;试样的强度随红柱石加入量的增加而增大,但过多的红柱石会对试样的强度产生负面影响;经过1 000℃热处理后试样的磨损量随红柱石含量的增加而减小,经过1 300℃热处理后试样的磨损量随红柱石含量的增加而增大;当热处理温度大于1 300℃后,试样的热膨胀系数随红柱石加入量的增加而增大。试样的抗热震性能随红柱石加入量的增大而改善。在本实验条件下,红柱石加入量为6%时,材料的性能最好。
Effect of andalusite addition on properties of calcined flint clay based castable refractory was investigated.Results showed as follows: A andalusite addition increasing,the bulk density of sample increased,the expansion rate of sample increased after a heat treatment at 1500 ℃.The strength also increased,but excessive addition of andalusite could result in the strength slightly deteriorate.The abrasion value decreased after a heat treatment at 1000 ℃ while increased after a heat treatment at 1300 ℃.The thermal expansion coefficient of specimens increased after a heat treatment at more than 1300 ℃.The thermal shock resistance of specimens was also improved.In this experiment,materials showed the best properties with andalusite addition of 6%.
