摘要
对自行研制的新型低温阴离子反浮选捕收剂进行了袁家村、尖山、祁东铁矿低温反浮选试验。结果表明,该低温捕收剂可以在15℃下成功分选铁矿石,选矿指标与30℃接近。铁矿石低温浮选可以大幅度节能降耗,降低反浮选成本。
Using a self-developed anionic flotation collector,reverse flotation tests on Yuanjiacun,Jianshan and Qidong Iron Ores were carried out at low temperature.The results show that the dressing indexes achieved with this collector at temperature of 15 ℃ are close to that obtained at 30 ℃.The energy consumption can be dramatically saved and the cost of reverse flotation can be reduced when the flotation process of iron ore is conducted at low temperature.
