摘要
通过浮选试验、动电位和红外光谱测定,详细考察了新型捕收剂EA-715对白钨矿、方解石、萤石和石英的浮选行为及其作用机理。单矿物浮选试验表明,在适当的药剂制度下,EA-715可有效分离白钨矿与脉石矿物。人工混合矿一次浮选可获得WO3品位61.82%、回收率88.63%的白钨精矿。动电位和红外光谱测定表明,EA-715在白钨矿、萤石和方解石表面以化学吸附为主,在石英表面以物理吸附为主。
The flotation behavior and mechanism of a new collector EA-715 in collecting scheelite,calcite,fluorite and quartz were studied with flotation tests,Zeta potential measurement and infrared spectrum analysis.Single-mineral tests show that,adopting a proper reagent system,scheelite can be effectively separated from gangue minerals with EA-715.Flotation tests on artificially mixed minerals showed that,a tungsten concentrate with a WO3 content and recovery of 61.82% and 88.63%,respectively,was obtained.Analysis of Zeta potential and IR spectra testified that chemisorption was the main reaction mechanism of EA-715 on scheelite,calcite and fluorite,while,on quartz,physical adsorption is more dominant.
