某复杂铜硫矿低碱度铜硫分离的工艺研究 被引量:22

摘要 安徽某复杂铜硫铁矿原矿含Cu 0.39%、S 36.19%,在低碱度条件下,采用BK-301与LP-01(比例2∶4)组合捕收剂,经过优先浮铜、原浆无活化选硫的铜硫分离浮选工艺流程,可获得铜精矿含Cu 18.46%、回收率72.16%,硫精矿含S 48.14%、回收率93.72%的良好指标。 A complicated copper-iron sulfide ore containing copper and sulfur content of 0.39% and 36.19%,respectively in Anhui Province was investigated.Under low basicity conditions,using a combined collector of BK-301 and LP-01(ratio 2∶4),and following a Cu/S separation flowsheet consisting of a selective flotation of copper and a flotation of inactivated sulfides from the original slurry,a copper concentrate with a copper grade and recovery of 18.46% and 72.16%,respectively,and a sulphur concentrate with a sulfur grade and recovery of 48.14% and 93.72%,respectively,were obtained.
