摘要
针对石煤钒矿湿法提钒选冶废水特点及排放要求,以静态试验数据为参考,采用独特的二次处理方案,优化处理工艺,对废水进行了分级处理,处理系统封闭循环,不产生二次污染。处理后水质完全符合排放要求,其中金属离子含量低于国家排放标准,Fe离子含量由最初的850 mg/L降到1.8 mg/L。回水满足生产工艺用水要求,整个系统处理高效、设计合理、简单实用、运行平稳。
According to the characteristics of wastewater from mineral processing and hydrometallurgy of vanadium-bearing stone coal,and the relevant requirement for its discharge,an unique secondary wastewater treatment scheme was adopted based on the data of static tests,where a closed-circuit system was established without secondary pollution by optimizing the processing technique.Water quality after the treatment can meet the discharge standard and the water can be recycled as processing water,and the metal ions content is lower than the national discharge standard with the content of iron ions decreased from 850 mg/L to 1.8 mg/L.The system is not only simple and practical with a reasonable design,but also effective in processing and smooth in operation.
