摘要
设计的多点分式管道泄漏监测系统由分布在管道上的监测分站和监测中心两部分组成。监测分站通过安装在管道上的压力传感器,分段检测管道内液体的压力变化,并将压力数据通过GPRS网络传回到远程监测中心,实现了野外无人值守作业。在做数据分析处理时引入了负压力波传播速度的实时修正和监测中心对各分站同步授时技术,使系统具有更快的响应速度和更高的定位精度,降低了误报率。
The leakage monitoring system composed of sub-stations along multi-point distributed pipelines and monitoring center was designed.The monitoring sub-stations can detect the pressure of segmental pipelines based upon sensors installed there,and can send the data to remote monitoring center via GPRS network to realize unattended monitoring in field.The real-time dynamic amendments to negative pressure wave speed and synchronization timing operated by monitoring center were introduced in data analysis and processing that can make the system have higher responsible speed and location precision in reducing distort rate.
