摘要
介绍了高压气体装置性能检测系统的基本组成,阐述了气体流动性能检测和气密封检测的工作流程,设计了由计算机、PLC、传感器和组态软件组成的数据采集、控制系统,通过合理分配PLC模块的I/O接口和优化设计组态监控程序,实现对系统试验过程中实时数据的采集、监控和远程控制。
The composition of performance measurement system for high pressure gas equipments was introduced,including the high pressure gas flowrate measurement and gas sealing detection,and the data acquisition and control system design which boasting of a "computer+PLC+sensor+configuration software" structure;and basing on reasonable PLC I/O distribution and MCGS 6.2 configuration software,the real-time data acquisition and remote monitoring were enforced to benefit the safety testing.
