摘要
为提高某金属钾生产车间环境指标在不同工况下的控制精度,在原有典型PID控制器上并联一个模糊控制器组成模糊PID复合控制器,该控制策略以误差值为判断依据,完成PID控制器和模糊控制之间的切换。经仿真和试验结果对比,证实了该方法能提高系统的控制精度。
A fuzzy PID composite controller was developed to improve the potassium production environment and optimize the operation.The control strategy for newly-designed controller in parallel with a typical fuzzy controller bases on the error size to implement the change-over between PID control and fuzzy control.Simulation and experimental results both prove the validity of improving control precision.
