摘要
目的探讨α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠肾组织中的表达及补肾益寿片对肾脏的保护作用。方法采用免疫法制备系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠模型,测定大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、血生化指标,并应用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠肾组织中α-SMA及TGF-β1的表达情况。结果模型组与正常对照组比较,24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN、α-SMA及TGF-β1表达明显升高(P<0.01);补肾益寿片组24h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN、α-SMA及TGF-β1均明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论补肾益寿片能降低系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、α-SMA及TGF-β1水平,延缓或减轻肾组织损伤,保护肾功能。
Objective To investigate the expression of α-SMA and TGF-β1 on rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and to study the roles of Bushen Yishou Pian on renal.Methods Model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis was made with immunization,all rats were detected 24h urinary protein and blood biochemistry,and checked the expression of α-SMA and TGF-β1 by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe level of 24h urine protein,blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),α-SMA and TGF-β1 in the model group were obviously higher than those in the normal group(P0.01).Compare with those in the model group and in the Bushen Yishou Pian group,the levels of 24h urine protein,Scr,BUN,α-SMA and TGF-β1 in the model group were all lower(P0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yishou Pian can reduce urine protein,Scr,BUN,α-SMA and TGF-β1,and postpones or relieves the renal tissue damage.So it plays a role in protecting the renal function.
