摘要
针对汽车控制系统减少线束和降低成本的要求,提出了以集成CAN控制器的PIC18F258单片机为核心设计而成的汽车电动车窗控制系统,给出了系统主要硬件结构和软件设计流程。通过对车窗运行时间和采样电流的处理,判断车窗是否遇到障碍物,从而实现车窗的防夹功能。相对于传统的点对点控制方式,不仅减少了车内的线束,降低了成本,而且控制灵活,实时性强。试验表明,该系统工作正常、性能可靠,具有低成本、低功耗和易于维修等优点。
Aimed at the demands of reducing vehicle track tie inside and decline cost in the vehicle control system,electronic controlling system of automobile power window is designed with the PIC18F258,integrated with CAN bus,as the core,hardware structure and flow chart of software were presented.Through the processing of time and sample current judge whether the car windows have bumped a barrier.The function of anti-pinch is implemented.Compared to the point-to-point control,the bus control not only reduces the wiring harness and cost,but also makes the control more flexible and fast.The experiment results show that the system is reliable and has the advantages of low-cost,low power and is easy to maintain.
