大鼠子痫前期模型母胎界面的核因子-κB表达与炎症反应

摘要 目的研究大鼠子痫前期模型母胎界面的核因子-κB(NF-κB)表达与炎症反应。方法 Wistar孕鼠40只,随机分成正常对照组、子痫前期组,检测母胎界面的NF-κB表达、光镜下免疫炎症表现和血清细胞因子浓度。结果子痫前期组大鼠母胎界面NF-κB的表达较正常对照组明显增强。同时光镜下炎症反应较重,淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞大量浸润,胎盘重度出血性梗死。子痫前期组大鼠TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12等血清细胞因子浓度也明显高于对照组。结论 NF-κB在子痫前期炎症反应中发挥重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of NF-κB and inflammation at the maternal-fetal interface in rat models of prceclampsia (PE). Methods Forty pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and the PE group (rat of prceclampsia), each with 20 cases. The expression of NF-κB was detected by immunohisto-chemistry, the manifestations of the inflammation at the maternal-fetal interface were observed by light microscope, and the levels of serum cytokine were measured. Results The expression of NF-κB on the maternal-fetal interface was greatly stronger in PE group than the control group. The inflammation at the maternal-fetal interface was more severe in PE group by light microscope, with more signs of infiltration of inflammatory cell and hemorrhagic infarct of placenta. The levels of serum cytokine, including TNF-α, IL-6, IL-I0, IL-12, were significantly higher in PE group than the control group. Conclusion NF-κB plays important roles in the inflammation and preeclampsia.
