摘要
研究了水泥熟料生产培训系统基于OPC技术的MP72、力控和Matlab实时通讯以及系统模型嵌入的实现方案,并给出了具体实现步骤。基于OPC通讯进行了Matlab电机模型的嵌入,实验表明系统运行稳定可靠并能满足实时性的要求。
Basic principle and structure of cement clinker production training system were introduced, including the methods and steps of OPC data communication between configuration software and Matlab and the model embedding; Matlab-based motor model was embedded into the system based on OPC communication. The experimental results prove the stability and reliability of the system which can satisfy the requirement for the real-timing.
