2010年我院抗菌药物使用调查分析

Analysis on the use of antibacterial agents in our hospital in 2010

目的了解我院抗菌药物的使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取我院2010年处方8671张,统计分析抗菌药物不合理使用的情况。结果在抽取的8671张处方中,使用抗菌药物的处方有4187张,存在抗菌药物不合理使用的处方有948张,抗菌药物的不合理使用主要有剂量不当、给药时间过长、药理拮抗、无指征滥用、联合用药不当、溶媒选用不当、重复用药和选药不当等情况。结论通过处方的点评和统计分析,将抗菌药物的不合理使用情况及时反馈给临床医师,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Objective To survey the servicing condition of antibacterial agents in our hospital, and improve the reasonable use of antibacterial agents. Methods 8 671 recipes were selected randomly from our hospital in 2010. Statistical analysis were performed on the abusing condition of antibacterial agents. Results By recipe comment and statistical analysis, the antibacterial agents abusing is feedbacked to clinical doctors, and hence promote the reasonable use of antibacterial agents.
