论改进高职院校就业与创业指导课程建设策略

On Course Construction Strategies of Employment and Venture Guidance

通过分析目前高职院校就业与创业指导课程中普遍存在的问题,认为提高就业指导课程教学效果,一是建立高效的教学团队,二是抓好就业与创业课程建设,其中搞好课程建设,需做到以下几点:创新教育理念、完善课程体系、与专业紧密结合、改进教学方法、注重理论联系实际、采用灵活的课程考核方式、加大课程建设经费投入。

Having analyzed the common problems in the course of employment and venture guidance,this paper regards that two things have to be achieved,one is to set up an efficient teaching staff,the other is to focus on the course construction,so that the teaching effect could be enhanced,among which the course construction is more significant.
