风险投资是由于高新技术产业发展需要而产生的。风险投资和其他投资一样,也要保持正常循环。风险投资的循环要经历筹集资金、运用资金、回收资金等几个阶段。与传统投资循环方式相比,风险投资是主动追求风险收益,通过股权出售或者转让的方式,从所投资项目中退出来回收资金,然后再去寻找新的项目,从而实现风险投资的循环。

This paper discusses that the venture capital comes into being is due to meet the development of high-tech industry.Like other investments,the venture capital needs to be maintained in normal circulation,which has to go through the phases such as raising funds,using the funds and recovering the funds etc.Compared with the traditional investments,the venture capital pursues actively the risky returns.
