The Development History and Features of the Medical Ethics Committee

介绍国内外医学伦理委员会的发展历程,指出了医学伦理委员会在发展过程中所呈现的特点,并对我国医学伦理委员会的建设提出四点建议:构建医学伦理委员会认证评估体系,完善生命伦理相关法律制度,加强医学伦理委员会专业人才队伍建设,在吸收国内外公认的基本伦理原则基础上,努力挖掘传统文化。

This article introduces the development history of the medical ethics committee both at home and abroad and points out features presented in the development process of the medical ethics committee. In addition, the article puts forward four suggestions on the construction of the medical ethics committee in our country. Firstly, to create an evaluating system of the medical ethics committee. Secondly, to make and improve the life ethic-related laws and regulations. Thirdly, to strengthen the training of professionals of the medical ethics committee. Fourthly, to make much effort to explore the traditional culture on the basis of absorbing fundamental ethic rules acknowledged at home and abroad
