健康信念模式结合耳穴刺激的社区控烟研究

The Approach of Ear Acupuncture Combining to Psychological Intervention with the Health Belief Mode in Community Tobacco Control

目的探讨健康信念模式心理干预结合耳穴刺激社区控烟实践应用。方法随机选择1个街道(乡镇)6个社区(村)设立戒烟报名点,并随机分4组为心理干预组、耳穴刺激组、心理干预结合耳穴刺激组及对照组,问卷调查人口学资料、吸烟情况。采用4种不同干预,比较6个月后是否戒烟、每日吸烟量的变化。结果干预后心理干预结合耳穴刺激组完全戒烟率为30.16%,远高于其他3组,心理干预结合耳穴刺激组与对照组完全戒烟例数和每日吸烟量变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析后显示:年龄、心理耳穴刺激组干预为强影响因子,其OR值分别为2.317和3.272。结论健康信念模式心理干预结合耳穴刺激控烟的方法不失为一种简便、安全、便于社区实践的有效方法。

Objective To assess the approach of ear acupuncture combining to psychological intervention with the health belief mode in community tobacco control. Methods Smoking quitting registration points were set up to recruit volunteers. The volunteers were randomly divided into 4 groups ： the psychological intervention group, ear acupuncture group, ear acupuncture combining with psychological intervention group and control group. Demographic information and situation of cigarette consumption were collected with questionnaire. The interval of this intervention last 6 months. Results In ear acupuncture combining with psychological intervention group, smoking quit rate was 30. 2%, which is much higher than those in the other 3 groups with a significant difference. That were observed also that both of number who quit smoking and daily cigarette consumption of the subjects in ear acupuncture combining with psychological intervention group had significant differences comparing those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that age and ＂ear acupuncture combining with psychological intervention＂ may be related with smoking quitting, the OR values were 2. 317 and 3. 272 respectively. Conclusion The approach of ear acupuncture combining to psychological intervention with health belief mode is a simple, safe and effective approach in community tobacco control.
