碳钢在含硫水溶液中的电化学行为 被引量:2

摘要 采用稳态极化曲线法研究了20#碳钢在硫化钠水溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明:随着硫化钠含量的增大,腐蚀速率先增大后降低,硫化钠质量分数为2%时腐蚀速率最大;当硫化钠质量分数大于1%时,碳钢电极表面经阳极极化可以生成钝化膜;随着添加的氨水浓度的增加,加剧了碳钢的腐蚀;SO42-的添加,碳钢在硫化钠水溶液中的腐蚀速率基本没影响;随着Cl-浓度的增加,碳钢在硫化钠水溶液中的腐蚀速率增大;同时,Cl-可以阻止碳钢电极表面钝化性能。 The electrochemical behavior of carbon steel in aqueous solution of Na2S was investigated by means of steady-state polarization curve. The results shows that with the increasing of concentration of the Na2S, the corrosion rates increased first, then decreased, when the mass fraction of Na2S was 2%, the corrosion rate was highest; and the mass fraction of Na2S was more than 1% and carbon steel electrode surface could generate passivation membrane by anode polarization. With the increasing of the concentration of aqueous ammonia, the corrosion of carbon steel was aggravated. The corrosion rates of carbon steel had no influence in aqueous solution of Na2S while adding SO4 2-. With the increasing of the concentration of Cl-, the corrosion rates increased, Meanwhile, Cl- could prevent the passivation performance of carbon steel.
