摘要
提出了解决35～220 kV电压等级变电设备接头发热缺陷带电处理的综合措施,并且研发了一套安全可靠的带电处理接头发热的装置。该装置采用空压机做为带电操作的动力源,同时在操作时进行了有效的气水分离,在保证操作人员和设备安全的前提下,实现了带电紧固螺栓、带电除锈和带电进行短接分流。
The on-line treatment of heat joints on transformation equipment of 35 kV to 220 kV voltage grade is presented,and a set of on-line treatment device for this fault is developed.The driving power for this device is from air compressor.For safety,the water moisture is separated from gas in the air.With this device,on-line bolt fastening,rust removing and current diversion can be realized.
