摘要 以WD-70和七甲基三硅氧烷为主要原料,通过硅氢加成反应合成长效憎水迁移剂,将其与小分子量硅油复配制备长效RTV防污闪涂料,并对其进行了憎水性、憎水迁移性、力学性能和电性能等测试。结果表明,含长效憎水转移剂的RTV防污闪涂料的外观及硫化后的力学性能、电性能、憎水性能等均可以满足现行RTV防污闪涂料标准以及实际使用的需求,并可以延长RTV防污闪涂料的使用寿命。 Long-lasting RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanized) anti-pollution coatings is prepared from low molecular silicone oil and long-lasting transfer of hydrophobicity which is made from heptamethyltrisiloxane and WD-70 via hydrosilation.The test of the RTV coatings with long-lasting transfer of hydrophobicity showed no negative effects on the properties of RTV coatings,such as the mechanical strength,the electric properties,the hydrophobicity,as well as the coating surface.Further more,the ageing test showed that it could prolong the effective time against pollution comparing with that of RTV coatings only with low molecular polydimethylsiloxanes.
