摘要
提出了高压开关柜设备作为电力系统重要设备,在日常运行中经常会因为制作检修工艺不合格、绝缘能力低、运行维护不到位以及外部故障等因素,造成开关柜损坏或人员伤亡事故。通过多年运行和检修经验,对日常隐患、缺陷以及事故进行分析,找出原因并提出改进措施。
High-voltage switchgear is important equipment for power system,however,accidents usually occur due to the factors,such as unqualified maintenance techniques,low insulation level and insufficient maintenance etc.Based on the working experiences about operation and maintenance,the hidden defects are analyzed and measures for improvement are put forward accordingly.
