超高压200MW机组振动原因分析及处理

摘要 针对某能源公司1号机组2号轴振在启动升速过程中振动严重超标导致机组无法启动的问题,分析了引起振动超标跳机的主要原因为转子弯曲度大产生较大的不平衡,提出了动平衡处理方案,实施后机组能够顺利启动,取得了良好效果。 Serious vibration occurred on No.2 axle of No1.unit in Shenhua Yili Energy Corporation during the unit's speed-up process,which led to the failure of the unit's start-up.In this paper,the reasons for the malfunction were analyzed,and the result showed that the vibration was brought about by unbalance caused by excessive rotor bending.It put forward the treatment of dynamic balance,the implementation of which could render the unit to start up successfully.
