摘要 目的对浙江地区流通的6种不同产地乌药商品进行性状显微鉴别。方法采用性状鉴定、显微鉴别方法。结果 6种不同产地乌药药材在粉末特征中存在较明显的区别。其中浙江天台乌药与广西乌药,在淀粉粒、木纤维、韧皮纤维、油细胞、射线细胞、导管类型较相近,但两者又有区别,即广西乌药中可见少量石细胞,而浙江天台乌药中未发现有石细胞存在;浙江天台乌药与江西乌药含油细胞相对较多,而四川乌药中所含油细胞相对较少;另外,湖南乌药中偶见分隔纤维,江西乌药中偶见梯纹导管。结论不同产地乌药的显微特征可以作为鉴别乌药产地的一个依据,应加强对不同产地的中药材的划分和鉴定。 OBJECTIVE To get a microscopical identification of RadixLinderae goods from Six different origin,the circulation of Zhejiang.METHODS Apply character identification,microscopic identification method.RESULTS There exist obvious differences among Radix Linderae goods from Six different origin in the powder characteristics.Meanwhile,the Radix Linderae of TianTai and GuangXi,their starch granules,wood fiber,bast fiber,oil cells,ray cells and catheter type are similar,but there is difference,That is visible to find a small amount of stone cells in GuangXi Radix Linderae,stone cells are not found in TiantTai Radix Linderae;Tiantai Radix Linderae and Jiangxi Radix Linderae have high oil cells,relatively,Sichuan aggregata have few oil cells.Besides,Separate the fibers can be seen occasionally in Hunan Radix Linderae,In Jiangxi Radix Linderae ladder pattern can be seen in catheter occasionally.CONCLUSION The microscopical characteristics about Radix Linderae of the different origin can be used as a basis for identifying the origin of Radix Linderae,it is necessary to enhance the delineation and identification of Chinese herbal medicines of different origin.
