对香精的样品前处理、分离、定性和定量分析方法进行了综述,评述了香精中致香成分分析方法的研究进展,指出存在的问题和发展方向。
The various processing, separation, detection and quantitative analytical methods for essence were summarized. The research processing of analytical methods for aroma components in essence, the problems and development were generalized.
