顶空气相色谱法测定聚明胶肽注射液中的丙酮溶剂残留

Determination of acetoin in Polygeline injection by headspace gas chromategraphy

目的建立聚明胶肽注射液中丙酮残留量的测定方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,以10%NaCl溶液为溶剂,用HP-5毛细管柱,以正丁醇为内标进行定量。结果丙酮在1.11~27.65μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）,回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.69%（n=3）。结论本方法简单,准确,灵敏度高,重现性高。

OBJECTIVE To develop a headspace gas chromatography for the determination of acetoin in Polygeline injection.METHODS The samples were dissolved in 10% NaCl solvent.HP-5 wide bore capillary column was used and n-butanol as internal standard.RESULTS There was a good linear concentration region of acetoin within the ranage of 1.11~27.65μg.mL-1（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 98.6%,with RSD=1.69%（n=3）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and of good reproducibility.
