优选复方黄芩温敏凝胶的壳聚糖絮凝法澄清工艺

Optimize the clarification process of compound Huangqin temperature sensitive gel with chitosah

目的优选壳聚糖对复方黄芩温敏凝胶的最佳澄清工艺。方法采用HPLC法,以黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,以正交试验法L9(34)优选澄清工艺参数。结果最佳澄清工艺为壳聚糖加入量0.4mL.g-1,药液静置时间24h,药液稀释比为1∶6。结论此工艺对黄芩苷保留率高,稳定性好,成本低,可用于复方黄芩温敏凝胶的精制。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the clarification process of compound Huangqin temperature sensitive gel with chitosan.METHODS With the content of Baicalin as index,using HPLC,the clarification process was optimized by orthogonal design L9（34）.RESULTS The best clarification process was that the amount of chitosan was 0.4 mL·g-1,holding time was 24h,and dilution ratio was 1∶6.CONCLUSION The process is stable,and good for retention rate of Baicalin,and it has low cost and be suitable for the purification of compound Huangqin temperature sensitive gel.
