摘要
以自育的5个烤烟新品系和5个国内推广品种的不育系为材料,选配了6个杂交种,分析了杂种一代主要农艺性状在大田不同时期的变化规律及其烤后烟叶主要化学成分的杂种优势。结果表明:1)烤烟杂种一代不同农艺性状在大田不同时期的杂种优势大小和方向有明显不同的变化,但在移栽后第4~5周是这些优势发生变化的主要时期;2)杂种一代主要化学成分含量与K326相比存在显著差异,主要表现为总糖含量及氯含量降低,总氮、烟碱、蛋白质及钾含量增加。
6 hybrid crosses between 5 new lines and 5 cytoplasmic male lines popular in china were selected to analyze the dynamic of Heterosis of Flue-tobacco agronomic traits and the Heterosis of Chemical Constituents.Results were as follows: 1) Heterosis of different agronomic traits were changed significantly in different periods,but changes occurred mainly at the 4th to 5th week after transplanted.2) Main chemical constituents of F1 were different significantly from K326.The contents of total sugar and chlorine expressed decreasing tendency reduced,but total nitrogen,nicotine,protein and potassium expressed increasing tendency.
