深静脉置管非计划性拔管的原因分析及护理

The reasons and preventive strategies of unplanned extubation(UE) in deep vein catheterization

目的分析患者深静脉置管后非计划性拔管的原因,并提出护理对策。方法对580例深静脉置管患者中的非计划性拔管的原因进行回顾性分析。结果 580例深静脉置管患者中发生非计划性拔管35例,发生率为6%。结论深静脉置管及维护中的任何一个环节不规范均可导致非计划性拔管的发生,严格执行操作规程,及时发现潜在因素并给予干预,加强护理人员的培训和对患者及家属的健康教育可以降低非计划性拔管的发生率。

Objective To analyze the reasons of unplanned extubation （UE） in deep vein catheterization and to develop preventive strategies. Methods A retrospectively study was made to investigate unplanned extubation 580 patients in deep vein catheterization. Results A total of 35 cases of which were extubated unplanned in 580 patients with the UE incidence of 6.0% （35/580）. Conclusion Irregular manip- ulation and maintenance cause unplanned extubation to happen in deep vein catheterization. It will reduce the rate of unplanned extubation, such as strict manipulation ,finding latency and intervene in time, strengthening train of nurses, enhance education of patients and their family.
