肠套叠是婴幼儿最常见的急性肠梗阻。依赖着影像学设备及辅助设备的迅速发展以及诊断、治疗技术的提高,应用数字化影像学能早期诊断,还可以及时用于治疗,使绝大多数患儿在影像学监视下通过灌肠法整复成功,免受剖腹手术的创伤。本文就影像学在小儿肠套叠的诊断与治疗中的应用作一综述。
