In order to study the algebraic structure of N（2, 2, 0） algebras in a deep-going way, the concept of medial idempotents of N（2, 2, 0）-algebras is introduced. Some properties of medial idempotents are discussed. Some characteristic properties that the incidence set Mg of medial idempotents becomes subalgebra of （S, ＊,△, 0） are studied. If there exists right zero semigroup in N（2, 2, 0） algebra, then Mg is subset of idempotents set E（S）. A equivalent relation is given by medial idempotents.
