基于网络调查的统计学专业学生就业形势分析

An Analysis of the Employment Situation of Students Majoring Statistics Based on Web Survey

目前大学生就业是困扰高校教学和学生工作的难题。由于当前缺乏对理学类统计学专业学生就业形势的分析,本文利用网络人才招聘数据进行该专业学生就业形势的定量分析。通过客观数据分析了用人单位及所需人才类型的特点,分析方法选取恰当,所得结果有说服力,为相关教育工作者研究学生就业形势、用人单位需求等提供了一种新的参考思路。

At present, the employment of college students is a large problem for college teaching and students＇work. Because of the lack of the analysis of the employment situation of students majoring statistics in science, the employment situation is quantitatively studied by network data of personnel recruitment. The char- acteristics of employing units and types of needed talents are analyzed by objective data, in which the analyti- cal method is appropriate and the results obtained are convincing. The paper provides a new way for relevant educators to research the employment situation of college students and the demands of employing units.
