摘要
强化师范生的教学技能具有重要的战略意义,涉及到国家基础教育事业的发展水准。调查发现:理科大学生的教学信念不坚定、教学技能缺乏有效的训练、教学创新意识不强。为此,必须立足于现实,从信念、技能、创新等方面的培养入手,科学建构师范教育的课程体系和教学策略。
Strengthening the teaching skill of normal students has strategic significance, which is rele- vant with the developing level of national basic education. The survey finds out that teaching belief of science college students is not firm, teaching skill is short of effective training; innovative consciousness of teaching is not strong. Therefore, we must stand on the reality, scientifically construct the curriculum system of normal education and teaching strategies from training belief, skill and innovation, etc.
