摘要
为适应现代高科技战争的需要,解决工程装备在运用中的优化配置问题,首先对优化配置问题进行分析,然后将两层决策模型和遗传算法有效结合,建立相应的数学模型,提出基于两层决策模型和遗传算法的工程装备优化配置方法,并给出算法步骤和计算实例。仿真分析表明,建立的模型和优化算法能有效地解决工程装备在多个项目间的分配问题。
To meet the demands of modern high-tech war,one optimal configuration problem about how to deploy limited engineering equipment in multi-projects needs to be solved.After analyzing and discussing the problem,the bilevel decision model and the genetic algorithm were combined effectively.The corresponding mathematic model was built and one optimal deployment way for engineering equipment based on GA and bilevel decision model was presented.In the end,the algorithm steps and examples were given.Simulative results show that the model and the optimal deployment method can effectively solve the problem about how to deploy resources of equipment support in multi-projects.
