摘要
为了解决常用切割技术不适宜在水下作业的难题,从工程应用出发,运用数学建模分析、软件模拟仿真等方法,对前混合磨料水射流系统的水下切割技术进行了相关研究和仿真。研究表明,在预设加紧力200N的条件下,设计的装置可以搭载喷枪进行水射流水下排爆作业,水射流过程具有高能、冷态、点割、非接触等特点,可以对各种材料进行任意切割,尤其适合切割各种压敏、热敏材料以及在易燃易爆场合进行切割作业,为下一步实验奠定了理论基础。
To solve the problem that the frequently used cut technology is not suitable for underwater projects,underwater cut technology based on pre-mined abrasive water jet system was researched and emulated by mathematical modeling analysis and software simulation according to project application.Research shows that under the condition of 200N force,the designed device can carry the nozzle to exclude the explosion under water and the cut process has the features of highenergy,cold conditions,point cut and non-contact etc.The water jet cut can cut various materials,especially press sensitive and hot sensitive materials,and work on the inflammable and explosive occasion.The research has established theoretical foundation for next experiments.
