摘要
构建多层次体育产业资本市场体系既是促进体育产业资本市场结构完善,推动体育产业资本市场快速发展的关键,又是实现体育产业资本市场发展战略的重要举措。从构建多层次体育产业资本市场结构和功能等方面考核,世界上最完善的当属美国。运用文献调研、专家访谈、实地调研和综合分析等方法,在探讨美国多层次体育产业资本市场体系构建经验的基础上,提出了我国多层次体育产业资本市场体系构建的设想,以期为构建适合时代特征、中国特色和区域特点的具有开放性、流动性、竞争与合作性的多层次体育产业资本市场体系提供理论与实践参考。
The establishment of the multi - level capital marketing system in sports industry is not only the key to promote the perfection of sports industrial capital market's stracture and to promote the fast development of it, but also an important activity to achieve its development strategy. To assess from the strcture and function of establishing the multi - level capital marketing system in sports industry, the United States established the most impeccable one, China should profit from the success-ful American experience to establish a better system of our own. With the methods of documentation survey, the expert interview, on- the- spot investigation and comprehensive analysis, it discussed the American experience on establishing the multi -level capital marketing system in sports indus- try, and proposed the tentative plan on establishing the Chinese multi -level capital marketing system in sports industry, to provide the theoretical and the practical reference for establishing a system which is suitable for the features of the times, has the Chinese characteristics, and the region char-acteristics, with openness, fluidity, competitiveness, and cooperativeness multi -level capital marketing system in sports industry of China.
