摘要
新生代农民工这一庞大群体已成为我国当今农民工的重要组成部分和劳动人民的主体,已经引起整个社会的高度关注。新生代农民工主观幸福感的状况是农民工生活质量的反映,对其身心健康发展有积极的作用。富士康"连环跳楼"事件表明我国新生代农民工的心理健康问题令人担忧。分析了新生代农民工当前生活的现状,以及新生代农民工低幸福感的原因如不良心态、公共制度、知识结构,并针对性地提出有效提高新生代农民工主观幸福感的途径,这对优化新生代农民工生活质量,提高身心健康水平,有一定的实践意义。
Research subjective well - being and social support by questionnaire survey and face to face interview. Subjects were 150 female sanitation workers in main urban areas of Chengdu. Several factors were examed, while the relationship between subjective well - being and social support were explored. The results showed that female sanitation worker in main urban areas of Chengdu got higher score than the average. Healthy, company satisfaction and company man- agement approaches had effects on their subjective well - being. There was no correlation between subjective well - being and social support while subjective well -being was positively related to objective support.
