基于PI数据库的配电网负荷转移辅助决策系统

Load Transfer Decision Support System for Distribution Network Based on Plant Information Database

利用PI数据库与VB编程语言,结合湖州电力局配电网日常调度运行及紧急事故处理中遇到的问题,开发了配电网负荷快速转移辅助决策系统。该系统利用Excel建立10kV线路联络方式及线路限额情况,并利用PI数据库中的实时数据显示与历史趋势图查询功能,集中了负荷转移所需的各种因素,并提供查询相关联络线路的叠加负荷历史趋势图功能。利用本系统可以大幅缩短调度业务中制定方案的时间,提高了工作效率,有利于配电网安全、稳定运行。

Based on the problems in the daily dispatch operation and emergency treatment in the distribution network of Huzhou Electric Power Bureau,the fast load transfer decision support system for distribution networks is developed using the plant information（PI） database and visual basic（VB） programming language.This system builds 10 kV line contacts and line limits in Excel and uses PI real-time data display and historical trend graph inquiry function to gather all kinds of factors required for load transfer in the distribution network.It also provides inquiry function related to the superposition load history trend graph of tie-line.The system can significantly reduce the time of formulating schemes in dispatch operation and improve the working efficiency to ensure the operational safety and stability of distribution network.
