农村治安问题现状及对策分析

The Condition of Rural Public Security and the Countermeasure

当前,农村的各种矛盾中涉及治安问题的较多,主要原因是现行的法律法规对一些农村特点的问题没有明确的规定,致使这些问题无法可依。检察机关在维护社会稳定方面应积极探索办案新机制,建立矛盾纠纷排查调处机制,促进农村和谐稳定。

There are kinds of conflicts in rural area and lead to different public security problems.And the problems with rural characteristics have not been definite in the active law.Procuratorate organs should study new mechanism and mediation way to deal with cases and deputes to maintain social stability and harmony.
