大学毕业生自我概念与工作适应实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 大学毕业生刚进入社会参加工作,面对各种新的环境能否正确地调整自己、发展自己,对他们逐步社会化、适应社会的发展要求有着重要的影响。本研究采用"田纳西自我概念量表"和"工作适应性问卷"对237名大学毕业生进行问卷调查,结果:(1)大学毕业生的自我概念和工作适应总体状况是良好的。(2)大学毕业生在社会自我上存在性别差异。(3)大学毕业生的工作适应状况在角色明晰、社会整合和总体状况上存在性别差异,本科好于专科。(4)大学毕业生在具体维度上的自我概念与其工作适应各维度上的适应状况除道德自我与自我批评外,均存在一定的正相关。 When university graduates enter the society,they will face various new environments.It is important for them to recognize themselves and develop themselves correctly so as to adjust themselves to society.237 new university graduates were tested with "the Tennessee Self-concept Questionnaire" and "the Work Adaptation Questionnaire".The results are: 1) new university graduates' self-concept and work adaption was basically good;2) there is gender difference in self-concept,3) University graduates are better than college graduates in self-identification,self-concept and work adaptability;4) self-concept and work adaptability show positive relation but not moral self and self-criticism.
