摘要
研究了Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-RhB显色反应体系,建立了分光光度法测定药物中微量Zn(Ⅱ)的新方法.结果表明,在HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-RhB离子缔合物在555nm处有-较强的吸收峰.在最佳实验条件下,Zn(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0.080~0.80μg.mL-1的范围内服从比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸收系数ε为5.5×104 L.mol-1.cm-1.该方法直接用于测定药物制剂中痕量锌含量,结果较满意.
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of Zn (Ⅱ) in medicaments was developed by aid of Zn (Ⅱ)- SCN-RhB system. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of ion-association complex was at 555 nm. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the relationship between the absorbance at 555 nm and Zn (I1) content in 0. 080 - 0.80 μg · mL^-1 conformed to Beer's law and the apparent mole coefficient was 5.5)〈 10^4 L· mol^-1 cm^-1 This method can be applied in determine trace zinc content in medicaments with satisfactory results.
