摘要
本文结合当前我国反腐倡廉的大环境,从把握高校预防腐败的主动权、构建有效预防腐败的长效机制等几个方面,对高校如何科学构建腐败风险预警防控体系提出了自己的思考。
Based on taking initiative of risk alert and effective measures to prevent corruption,the overall situation of combating corruption and building a clean government,the author presented her own idea on how to construct the risk alert to prevent corruption in advance.
