摘要
为促进城市经济的发展、城市轻轨建设的顺利完成以及房地产业的健康发展,文章对国内外轻轨建设的研究成果进行归纳总结,并围绕第二次西部大开发、"十二五"规划、严控房地产价格以及鼓励建设保障性住房等国家相关政策,结合部分城市轻轨建设刚刚启动的有利条件,从地方政府的视角进行分析,试图寻找有利政策与有利条件的结合点。
To promote the development of urban economic,light rail construction and real estate successful,this essay talked about the study of domestic and foreign light rail and based on the western development,Twelfth Five-Year Plan,control real estate prices and encouragement construction of affordable housing and other relevant national policies,to seize the favorable policies,combine with urban light rail construction.This paper analyzes the perspective of local governments' trying to find favorable conditions for favorable policies and the combination of points,in the current policy of price control,actively guide the real estate fast transition,the establishment of light rail construction and real estate enterprises construction of affordable housing and effective cooperation,to safe the health of urban real estate development,promoting urban economic development,promoting a harmonious society.
