For higher vocational self-employed students,the conflict between establishing a business and study is an urgent problem.Through analysizing the necessity of implementing personalized teaching for self-employed students in higher vocational colleges,the text introduces the exploration and practice of personalized teaching reform which is carried out by Hangzhou vocational and technical college,and summarizes the practical significance of personalized teaching for self-employed students in higher vocational colleges.
