On Experiential Teaching Curriculum Based on the Working Process of the Enterprise Management in Sand Table Simulation

基于工作过程的《企业经营管理沙盘模拟》对抗课程是一种"体验式"的新型教学方式,该课程突出应用性和实践性,强调"体验式"教学,按照工作过程的流程,有效地调动了学生学习与参与的积极性。文章结合自己的教学经验,对《企业经营管理沙盘模拟》实训课程教学设计、实施步骤及教学中的几点建议做了一些探讨。

The curriculum of enterprise management in sand table simulation based on the working process is a kind of ＂experiential＂ new teaching mode.This course emphasizes the application,practice and the ＂experiential＂ teaching.It can effectively mobilize students＇ learning and participation enthusiasm according to the working process.Combined with my own teaching experience,this paper analyses the curriculum design,implementation steps and some teaching suggestions of the enterprise management training course.
