摘要
朱元璋在其统治实践中,不仅做到了知人善任,且善于总结用人经验,逐步形成了内涵丰赡、求实致用的人才观。在重人方面,认为举贤任才为立国之本;在用人方面,坚持量能授官,各取所长;在选人方面,讲求不拘资格,唯才是举;在容人方面,力求推心待士,从谏如流;在管人方面,主张严明驭吏,赏罚公正。朱元璋的人才观将封建时代统治者的人才观提高到一个新的水平,为后世留下了一笔宝贵财富。
In Zhu Yuanzhang's governing practices,He did not only know subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities,but also good at summarizing the experience of how to appoint people,and formed a substantial and practical view of talent gradually.In the aspect of valuing talents,Zhu Yuanzhang considered that choosing and appointing talents was the foundation of the state.In the aspect of utilizing talents,he gave the talents different positions according to their different abilities.In the aspect of selecting talents,he chose the talents by their abilities,not their status.In the aspect of tolerating talents,he treated the talents sincerely and adopted their options modestly.In the aspects of administrating talents,he administrated the talents strictly and the rewards and punishments were fair.The talent view of Zhu Yuanzhang raised the level of feudal rulers and left a valuable asset to the later.
