食管癌组织中TIMP-2含量对判断预后的价值

摘要 食管癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,病情进展快,预后较差。因此,寻找能反映食管癌细胞侵袭和转移潜能的标记物己成为研究的热点,明确这些标记物有利于肿瘤的早期诊断、预测病情发展、指导临床治疗及改善预后。基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂TIMP-2是细胞外基质降解过程中的重要酶类,与肿瘤的侵袭和转移有密切关系。本研究采用免疫组织化学法对食管癌的癌组织、正常组织TIMP-2的表达进行研究,并进一步探讨其与食管癌浸润、转移、预后的关系,现报告如下：
