摘要
通过umoni计算流体仿真软件,对流体传动系统类管道流场建模分析,从微观的角度详细、直观的描述了变径管道中流场的速度分布和变化情况。液压零部件的损坏主要发生在初始阶段,因此本文着重对初始情况进行分析。结果表明,适当的变径及合理的尺寸,有助于减少流场中涡流的形成和气蚀的发生,降低气蚀和管道震动产生的可能性,保证系统动静态特性,研究结果对于延长元件的寿命和高精度的伺服系统应用有指导性的意义。
Based on the pipeline flow modeling analysis of fluid transmission system,the changes of flow field in adjustable pipe are described in detail with intuition from microcosmic aspect.The paper put emphasis on the initial circumstance when the damages of the components mainly occur.The results show that proper diameter variation and reasonable change in dimension contribute to reduce the formation of vortex flow field and gas production,decrease the possibility of cavitations and pipelines vibration and ensure the static or dynamic characteristics.The results can provide some guidelines for extending the life of component and application in high precision servo system.
