Western female literature works have vividly presented various typical female figures of different times,meanwhile,they provide best ethic description of the human value and historic develop-ment of the western legal thoughts of feminism,depending on their unique culture character and legal spir-its and ethic values contained in these works.Based on the inner logical relationship between the feminism,law and ethic,this article puts forward another literary explanation of the changing process of the western legal thoughts of feminism in the terms of legal ethics.Thus,it not only gives juristic analysis of the social textual structure of west female literature works,but also help us understand those nonobjective and general legal problems with the literary visualized geist.
