摘要 目的探讨孤独症儿童血浆多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)水平及其与孤独症临床症状之间的相关性。方法采用高效液相色谱分析法对30名孤独症儿童和20名正常儿童血浆n-3 PUFAs水平进行测定;选用Conner儿童行为量表(父母问卷)和孤独症刻板重复行为量表(RBS-R)对其临床特征进行评定,分析n-3 PUFAs含量与患儿行为间的关系。结果 孤独症组儿童血浆中亚麻酸(ALA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)以及总n-3 PUFAs水平较正常儿童下降(P<0.05),其中尤以DHA含量下降最为明显(P<0.01);n-6PUFAs水平无明显变化。孤独症儿童血DHA及总n-3 PUFAs水平与冲动-多动、多动指数、学习问题、焦虑、刻板行为、自伤行为、强迫行为、仪式行为和固定行为呈负相关。结论孤独症儿童血浆PUFAs水平比正常儿童低并与孤独症临床特征之间存在相关性。 Objective To explore the level of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in blood plasma and its relation with the behavior of children with autism. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the level of free PUFAs of blood plasma in 30 autistic children and 20 healthy children. Conner's Parent Rating Scale (parents) and the Repetitive Behavior Scale-Revised (RBS-R) Rating Scale were used to evaluate the behavior of the children, and the relationship between the PUFAs level and abnormal behavior in the chil- dren was also analyzed. Results The level of ct-linolenic acid (ALA), docosahexenoic acid (DHA) and total n-3 PUFAs were lower in autistic children than in healthy children (P〈0.05), especially lower in DHA (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in n-3 PUFAs between two groups (P〉0.05); There were negatively correlations between the level of DHA and total n-3 PUFAs in blood plasma and impulsion-hy- peractivity, hyperactivity index, learning, anxiety, stereotypic behavior, self-injurious behavior, compulsions, ritualistic behavior and same- ness behavior. Conclusion The level of n-3 PUFAs in blood plasma of autistic children was lower than the healthy children and the level of PUFAs were correlated with the behavior of autistic children.
