摘要
为了研究温度对固定化微生物系统中微生物特性的影响,将微生物固定化技术与SRB工艺相结合,开发出IMO-SBR(Immoblization Organism简称IMO)生物强化工艺处理含氮废水,并通过对IMO-SBR和普通活性污泥SBR废水处理对比试验,研究了温度对固定化微生物系统及游离微生物系统中微生物活性、脱氮效果的影响,比较了2种系统、3个反应器之间的差别。结果表明:温度对微生物脱氮效果影响较大;固定化微生物系统可在较宽的温度范围内保持较好的活性和脱氮能力,较游离微生物具有更强的温度耐受性。
For the purpose of studying the effect of temperature on the characteristics of microorganisms in immobilized microorganism system,a biological strengthened process: IMO-SBR,which combined microorganism immobilization technology with SBR,was developed and used for nitrogen containing wastewater treatment.Through the comparative test between IMO-SBR and SBR with ordinary activated sludge,the effect of temperature on microorganism activity and nitrogen removal performance of immobilized microorganism system and free microorganism system was studied;and the differences of the two systems and the three reactors were compared.The results showed that: temperature had great influence on the nitrogen removal performance of microorganism;immobilized microorganism system could get good activity and nitrogen removal capability in a wild temperature range,which showed a better temperature tolerance ability than free microorganism.
